《当代中国政府与公务员制度》课程的改革与实践

为了培养学生创新能力,提高课堂教学质量,以本院行政管理、公共事业管理专业课程教学为研究对象,有机整合了《当代中国政府》和《国家公务员制度》两门独立课程为《当代中国政府与公务员制度》一门课程,强化了该课程课内实践教学环节,改革了教学方法,实现了教学计划整体优化。新的教学方案和教学方法,培养了学生获取知识和应用知识的能力,提高了学生报考公务员的积极性及应试能力。

Curriculum reform and practice of contemporary China government and national civil servant system

In order to cultivate students innovative abilities and improve the quality of in-class teaching,according to the teaching practice of the two majors（Public Administration and Public Affairs Management）,this paper integrates the two courses Contemporary China Government and National Civil Servant System into Contemporary China Government and National Civil Servant System.It stresses practice teaching,reforms teaching methods and optimizes teaching system as a whole.It puts forward that we should have new approaches to developing students＇ abilities of obtaining and applying knowledge,thus inspiring their incentives to take the Civil Service Examinations.
