氧氯化反应器冷却管束制造技术

针对齐鲁石化公司 2 0万t氯乙烯装置中氧氯化反应器冷却管束产生严重腐蚀泄漏的问题 ,对冷却管束实施国产化改造更新。制造过程中 ,无缝钢管和弯头采用瑞典产SAF2 2 0 5耐腐蚀双相不锈钢 ;采用焊前预留少量反变形、焊后机械校平、电脑绘图样板划线等措施提高多孔挡板的加工质量 ;选用 2 2 8 3 L焊丝、钨极氩气保护焊焊接冷却管与弯头 ,用 2 2 9 3 LR焊条、手工电弧焊焊接冷却管与壳体 ,并采用合适的焊接规范和操作规程 ,确保焊接质量 ;采用立置倒装法组装、焊接冷却管束。采取上述措施保证了冷却管束的制造质量 ,装置安装投入运行后 ,各项技术参数均正常 ,完全达到了装置生不的要求。

Manufacturing technique for cooling pipes on oxychlorination reactor

In the light of serious corrosion and leakage of the cooling pipes on oxychlorination reactor in the chloroethylene equipment in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., modification of the cooling pipes is made. The seamless tube and elbow is made of Sweden-made SAF2205 anti-corrosion two-phase stainless steel, the porous baffles are machined with higher quality. The welding quality is ensured by adopting rational welding procedures. The cooling pipes are assembled with the vertical-placed upside-down method. The modified cooling pipes were put into operation, and it ran well.
