摘    要:基于CFD仿真平台对中间包的流场进行了数值模拟研究和优化,湍流控制器是中间包流场的主要元件,设计、分析了痰盂型湍流控制器的内径、高度等参数与冲击区湍动能的关系;研究了痰盂型湍流控制器配合不同设置挡墙挡坝的中间包结构,得到了最佳的中间包结构。

Abstract:Numerical simulation and optimization of flow field in FTSC tundish were studied based on finiteelement analysis software CFD. Turbulent flow controller is the important unit of tundish flow-control. Relationship between parameters such as inner diameter and height of spittoon type turbulence controller and turbulent kinetic energy in impact area was designed and analyzed. Tundish structure of spittoon type turbulence controller with different settings was studied and the best tundish structure was obtained.
