纱桶包装是纺织生产过程中必备的环节,纱桶自动包装系统是运用自动化技术与信息技术设计的,是一种自动化高稳定的生产设备。系统包含纱桶输送装置、纱桶翻转装置、纱桶装袋装置、纱桶转送装置和纱桶称重贴标装置。整条生产线有7台输送电机,配置了人机交互界面,操作便捷,有效降低了生产成本,提高了纱桶包装的效率。

Yarn barrel packaging is an essential link in the textile production process.Based on automation technology and information technology,the automatic packaging system of yarn drum is of automatic and high stable production equipments.The system includes yarn barrel conveying device,yarn barrel overturning device,yarn barrel bagging device,yarn barrel transferring device and yarn barrel weighing and labeling device.The whole line consisting of seven conveying motors and personnel machine interface is easy to operate,which can effectively reduce production costs and improvethe efficiency of yarn drum packaging.
