镀锡板表面翘皮缺陷形成原因分析

摘    要:为明确马钢镀锡板表面翘皮成因,对现场镀锡板进行了取样分析。缺陷取样检验分析结果表明,目前马钢镀锡板表面翘皮缺陷产生的原因主要是压氧(压入氧化铁皮)、非金属夹杂物和连铸结晶器保护渣卷入。同时,Parsytec表面质量检测系统因根据缺陷的图像判定缺陷类型,很难将条状圧氧和线状非金属夹杂分开,对夹杂缺陷的判定存在较大的误差。

Abstract:In order to clarify the cause of the surface wraping of tin plate at Masteel, the on-site tinplate was sampled and analyzed. The results of defect sampling inspection and analysis show that the main causes of surface warping defects of the tin plate of Masteel at present are pressure oxygen (pressing into the oxide sheet), non-metal inclusions and continuous casting mould protective slag.At the same time, the Parsytec surface quality detection system is difficult to separate striped pressure oxygen from linear nonmetallic inclusion due to the determination of defect types based on the image of the defect, and there is a large error in the determination of inclusion defects.
