| Abstract: | This paper is examing Kao gong ji and Wang cheng tu,carrying out comparative analyses of the range of model capitals in ancient China,concluding that among the ancient Chinese capitals Shengjing-city is fitting the most to the ideas of city planning and Wang cheng tu is the example of city planning with the highest degree of similarity. |
