火灾后钢结构厂房的安全性评估

摘    要:为了对受火灾影响钢结构厂房进行安全性评估,对火灾后相邻倒塌厂房进行了材料性能试验研究,结果表明,目前火灾后钢材残余强度的计算方法有较大误差,现场检测可以根据钢材表面特征定性判断材料强度损失,但要精确估计火灾后钢材的残余强度宜进行材料试验。另外,高强螺栓连接性能应引起评估人员关注。检测试验结果及安全性评估结论可供类似工程参考。

Abstract:For the purpose of assessing the safety of a steel mill building after fire,the mechanical behavior of the material of the collapsed part of the structure in fire is studied by testResults show that existing calculation methods can not be used to estimate the residual strength of steel after fire exactlyEven though the strength loss can be judged through the appearance of the steel after fire,it is the best way to estimate the strength of steel after fire by testBesides,behavior of high strength bolts must be taken into account in the safety assessment on steel structures after fireTesting results and assessment conclusions can be used as a references for similar engineering assessment
