超深裂缝性储层漏失机理及堵漏技术

摘    要:钻井液漏失及其诱发的井下复杂问题严重制约着深层裂缝性油气藏的勘探开发。概述了高温高压超深致密砂岩储层特点,并分析了钻井液漏失机理,总结了目前矿场常用的随钻酸溶、提高承压能力及屏蔽暂堵堵漏技术,分析了各堵漏技术优缺点。鉴于井漏是最严重的储层损害形式,建议采用基于储层保护理论的堵漏思路,强调以保护裂缝渗流通道和提高承压能力为漏失控制的关键。建议进行低损害、易解堵的堵漏材料及钻井液配方设计研究,最终形成一种低损害、广谱性、高承压且耐高温的油基钻井液堵漏技术。

Abstract:Lost circulation of drilling fluid and its induced complex problems under the well seriously?restricts the exploration and development of deep fractured reservoir.The following summarized the mechanism of lost circulation under the high temperature and?high pressure formation.Some plugging technology such as acid dissolving while-drilling,improving loading capacity and?temporary are summerized and analyzed.In consideration of that lost circulation is the most serious form of formation damage,plugging technology based on reservoir protection technology is suggested,and emphasizing that protecting the fractured seepage channels and improving the?compressive strength?of the?formation are the keys to control lost circulation.In addition,it is suggested to design some plugging material and drilling fluid composition which are low-damage and easy unplugging,and form a king of oil-based drilling fluid plugging technology which is low-damage,broad-spectrum,high-pressure and high-temperature resistance.
