摘    要:锭子在临界转速运行时会产生共振,影响纺纱质量。以YD5000型锭子为研究对象,利用基于LABVIEW数据测量分析系统自主研发的采集模块进行锭子振动数据的测量,对振动数据开展时域和频域分析,寻找锭子的临界转速。试验结果表明,该系统能对高速运行的锭子进行振动数据的采集与分析,得到临界转速,从而避免锭子的工作转速达到临界转速时引起的共振现象。

Abstract:When the spindle runs at critical speed,it will produce resonance and affect the spinning quality.YD5000 spindle is taken as the research object,vibration data ismeasured by the self-developed acquisition module based on LABVIEW.Vibration data is analyzed in time domain and frequency domain to find the critical speeds of spindle.The experimental results show that the system could collect and analyze the vibration data of high-speed spindles and obtain the critical speed,thus avoiding the resonance phenomenon caused by the critical speed of spindles.
