| 摘 要： | 分析了石化装置固定资产使用过程中实物形态和价值形态的表现和变化,重点分析了功能单元装置运行的有效性和计算有效性的方法,以及资产设备检维修的必要性、经济性、可修性和计算检修费成本的分析方法等,通过对主要因素的收益和成本的形成进行分析,按照资产设备运行重要程度,对不同类型资产设备运行和检修管理的策略提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the forms and changes of material form and value form of fixed assets in use in petrochemical plants.It focuses on analyzing the operational effectiveness and methods for calculating the effectiveness of functional unit device as well as the necessity,economy and maintainability of equipment asset inspection and maintenance and analytical methods for calculating the maintenance costs.Then the paper presents some suggestions on strategies for operation and maintenance management of different types of equipment asset. |
