煤矿机械传动齿轮失效形式分析及改进措施

随着社会经济的快速发展,人们生活生产对于煤炭的需求量越来越大,对煤矿开采工程的要求越来越高。作为煤矿生产的机械设备,在复杂的开发环境下因为外界因素的影响而可能出现传动齿轮失效的现象,最后会导致机械设备运转停止,影响设备的安全运行,影响煤矿开采工作的安全和效率。鉴于此,有必要对煤矿机械设备内部传动齿轮进行分析研究,探讨齿轮失效的主要形式和原因,然后采取相应的改进措施。本文将结合陕西某煤矿,对该煤矿在生产作业中机械设备传动齿轮失效形式、原因等进行具体分析,然后给出相应的改进建议。

Failure form analysis and improvement measures of coal mine mechanical transmission gear

With the rapid development of social economy,people’s life and production demand for coal mine is increasing,and the demand for coal mining engineering is higher and higher. As the mechanical equipment of coal mine production,in the complex development environment,due to the influence of external factors,the transmission gear may fail. Finally,it will cause the operation of mechanical equipment to stop,affect the safe operation of equipment,and affect the safety and efficiency of coal mining work. In view of this,it is necessary to analyze and study the internal transmission gear of coal mine mechanical equipment,discuss the main forms and causes of gear failure,and then take corresponding improvement measures. In this paper,combined with a coal mine in Shanxi Province,the failure forms and causes of the transmission gears of the mechanical equipment in the production of the coal mine are analyzed in detail,and then the corresponding improvement suggestions are given.
