户外睡袋用面料力学性能的测试和评价

为探究户外睡袋面料的力学性能,以市售20种户外服用面料为研究对象,测试面料的拉伸性能、撕破性能和耐磨性能。结果表明:覆膜面料与高密涤纶面料的抗拉伸断裂性能非常好,断裂强力普遍大于2 000 N,涂层面料的拉伸断裂性能适中,高密锦纶面料的抗拉伸性能较差;高密面料抗撕破性能普遍较好,撕破强力最高超过21 N,涂层面料的抗撕破性能相对较差,覆膜面料中PU、TPU面料抗撕破性一般,PTFE覆膜面料抗撕破性很差;除了小部分高密面料外,其余高密面料的羊毛磨料试验耐磨次数均≥10 000次,覆膜面料中PU覆膜面料的耐磨性能很好,砂纸磨料试验耐磨次数达到2 000次以上,TPU覆膜面料耐磨性适中,PTFE覆膜面料不耐磨,涂层面料耐磨性较覆膜面料差,其中PVC涂层面料比普通印花涂层面料更耐磨。

Test and evaluation of mechanical properties of fabrics used in outdoor sleeping bags

In order to explore the mechanical properties of fabrics used for outdoor sleeping bag,20 kinds of fabrics in the outdoor market are taken as objects to test the tensile properties,tear properties and abrasion resistance.The results show that the tensile properties of the laminated fabrics and the high-density polyester fabrics are good,and the breaking strength is generally greater than 2000 N.The tensile properties of coated fabrics are moderate.The tensile strength of high-density nylon fabrics is poor.Tear resistance of high-density fabrics is generally good,and the highest tear strength is higher than 21 N;The tear resistance of coated fabrics is relatively poor.Tear resistance of PU and TPU laminated fabrics is general,but that of PTFE laminated fabrics is poor.Except for a small part of high-density fabrics,the abrasion resistance of other high-density fabrics is more than 10000 times.The wear resistance of PU laminated fabrics is very good.The abrasion resistance tests using sandpaper reach more than 2000 times.The wear resistance of TPU laminated fabrics is moderate,but that of PTFE laminated fabrics is poor.The abrasion resistance of coated fabrics is worse than that of laminated fabrics,among which abrasion resistant of PVC laminated fabrics is better than ordinary printed fabrics.
