海上油田压力容器焊缝超声波检测方法及研究

摘    要:针对海上油田压力容器焊缝的检测,采用超声波检测方法,通过对压力容器焊缝常见缺陷,如气孔、夹渣、未焊透、裂纹等缺陷回波信号,以及非缺陷回波信号的分析,提供了正确的判定方法。同时,介绍了超声波检测时注意事项,为海上油田压力容器焊缝埋藏缺陷的检测提供了有效的检测方法。

Abstract:According to the inspection in offshore oilfield pressure vessel weld,ultrasonic inspection method is used to provide the correct judgment method by analyzing the common defects of pressure vessel weld,such as porosity、slag inclusion、lack of penetration、crack and other defects echo signals,as well as non defects echo signals.At the same time,introduces the precautions in ultrasonic inspection,which provides an effective inspection method for the detection of the buried defects in offshore oilfield pressure vessel weld.
