管道通过煤矿采掘空化区的应力分析与措施研究

摘    要:煤矿采掘空化区塌陷会引发其地表产生位移变化,可能会造成煤矿上方途径的管道产生应力集中,导致管道失效进而发生断裂事故。以某DN400管道通过采掘空化区上方为例,从应力计算、应力分析、处理措施、处理施工工艺等方面进行研究,论述加强采掘空化区地基稳定性的措施,使得处理后的煤矿采掘空化区地面适宜管道工程维运,保证管道安全运营,最大限度节约利用土地。

Abstract:Collapse of cavitation zone in coal mine would lead to formation displacement and cause stress concentration of pipeline that goes above it.More seriously,it would result in pipeline cracking.This paper discusses a solution to reinforce foundation of cavitation zone in coal mine by stress calculation and analysis,and studying construction processes and measures taking a certain DN400 pipeline laid above coal mine cavitation zone as an example.The solution would enhance pipeline and coal mine safety,reduce land use,and benefit operations in such area.
