摘    要:在高温高压埋地集输管道中,直管段的热位移在相邻弯头处部分释放,可能引起弯头应力水平增高。当清管或内检测工况下清管器通过弯头处时,由于存在管道与弯管连接处内径突变和弯头引起清管器运动方向改变等问题,将引起瞬时附加荷载,这可能对导致弯管应力水平进一步升高,因此有必要探讨该部分荷载的计算分析方法。

Abstract:As the natural gas gathering and transportation project tends to develop at high temperature and high pressure,the gathering pipeline downstream of the single well station is faced with the problem of high temperature and pressure in the medium.Controlling the stress level of the pipeline system is one of the key technologies for the design of the gathering pipeline in the future.In the high-temperature and high-pressure buried pipelines,the thermal displacement of the straight pipe section is partially released at the adjacent elbow,which may cause the elbow stress level to increase.When pigs pass through the elbow at the time of pigging or internal inspection,due to the sudden change of the inner diameter of the connection between the pipe and the elbow and the change of the direction of movement of the pig caused by the elbow,transient additional loads will be caused.
