摘    要:利用碱性蛋白酶对真丝织物进行预处理,然后精炼,再用姜黄色素对其进行染色。通过测定染色织物的K/S值和Lab值来评价碱性蛋白酶的染色效果。通过试验,探讨酶处理时间、碱性蛋白酶质量分数、温度和pH对酶处理效果的影响,得出碱性蛋白酶质量分数3%、pH=8、浴比1∶50、温度40℃、时间50 min时,染色效果最好。染色后织物的干、湿摩擦色牢度和皂洗色牢度比处理前有所提高,且均达到4级以上。经姜黄色素染色后,真丝织物具有一定的抗紫外功能,通过正交试验得出:碱性白酶质量分数2%、pH=8、温度50℃、处理时间30 min时,织物的抗紫外性能最好。

Abstract:Silk fabrics pretreated with alkaline enzyme are refined and followed by dyeing with turmetic dyes.The effect of alkaline enzyme treatment on silk fabrics is evaluated by the K/S and Lab value.The influences of treating time,concentration,temperature and pH value on alkaline enzyme treatment are discussed.The result show that the effect of dyeing is the best when the concentration of alkaline enzyme is 3%,pH value is 8,liquor ratio is 1∶50,temperature is 40℃~50℃and time is 50 min.The color fastness to rubbing and soaping of treated fabrics is higher than that of the untreated fabrics,with each above 4 grade.The turmetic dyed fabrics have good anti-UV effects.Through orthogonal experiment,it is found that the fabric has optimal anti-UV performance treated with alkaline enzyme of 2%,pH value of 8,liquor ratio of 1:50,treating at 40℃~50℃for 30 min.
