悬空侧钻技术在井眼防碰中的应用

摘    要:井眼防碰是海上丛式井平台钻井一个无法绕过的课题,钻井过程中出现疑似井眼防碰征兆,通常的做法是珠水泥塞回填井眼,重新侧钻新井眼,起钻注水泥塞的过程耗时长,一定程度增加了钻井成本,本文主要介绍在井眼出现疑似井眼碰撞征兆后,通过浅层悬空侧钻技术实现了安全、高效的防碰绕障过程,分析技术难点和应对措施。

Abstract:Borehole anti-collision is an unavoidable problem in offshore cluster drilling platform,In the process of drilling,there are suspected signs of wellbore collision prevention,The usual method is to fill the borehole with cement plug and drill a new borehole,It takes a long time to trip out and inject cement plug,which increases the drilling cost to some extent,This paper mainly introduces that after the well appears the symptom of suspected well collision,Through the technology of shallow suspended sidetracking,a safe and efficient process of collision prevention and obstacle avoidance is realized,Analyze technical difficulties and countermeasures.
