摘    要:低取代度的氰乙基淀粉可作为纺织经纱上浆剂,具有良好的性能。对氰乙基淀粉制备工艺进行研究,在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验优化,确定了最佳反应条件为:淀粉30g、乙醇添加量120g、KOH质量分数4.0%、丙烯腈质量分数8%、温度60℃、时间6 h。在该条件下氰乙基淀粉的取代度可达0.103,符合纺织用淀粉浆料的要求。

Preparation of cyanoethyl starch by strong base catalysis in non-aqueous system

Abstract:Cyanoethyl starch with low degree of substitution can be used as a sizing agent for textile warp yarn,which has good properties. The preparation technology of cyanoethyl starch is studied. Based on the single factor experiment,the orthogonal experiment is carried out to optimize the reaction conditions: starch 30 g,ethanol 120 g,potassium hydroxide 4.0%,acrylonitrile 8%,and treating at 60 ℃for 6 h. Under this condition,the degree of substitution of cyanoethyl starch could reach 0.103,which met the requirements of starch size for textile.
