饭店低碳评价指标及碳排放等级划分

摘    要:节能减排作为一项基本国策已深入人心。然而饭店节能减排工作,目前仍停留在绿色饭店的“浅绿色”概念,与时代发展不相符。启动饭店低碳化水平的评价和碳排放等级划分,不仅可推动饭店行业的节能减排,而且可广泛影响人们在生活中低碳行为的培养。通过理论与实践,提出饭店低碳化评价指标体系和饭店碳排放等级划分的具体标准。

Low Carbon Evaluation Index and Carbon Emission Classification for Restaurant

Abstract:As a basic national policy,energy conservation and emission reduction have been deeply rooted in people's hearts.However,the energy conservation and emission reduction work of hotels still stays on the concept of"light green"in green hotels,which is inconsistent with the development of the times.Initiating the evaluation of the low carbonization level of hotels and the classification of carbon emissions can not only promote the energy conservation and emission reduction of the hotel industry,but also widely affect the cultivation of low-carbon behavior in people's lives.Through theory and practice,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of low carbonization of hotels,and puts forward the specific criteria for the classification of hotel carbon emissions.
