摘    要:本文从解决生产实际问题出发,通过对某加氢装置原料泵几起联锁事故案例分析,找出了装置原料泵SIS系统存在的设计缺陷,并提出了解决方案。以此最大限度减少非计划停车的概率,最大限度地降低操作风险,为装置长周期运行提供有力保障。

Abstract:Starting from solving the practical problems in production,this paper analyzes several interlocking accidents of feed pump in a hydrogenation unit,The design defects of SIS system of feed pump are found out,and the solution is put forward.So as to minimize the probability of unplanned parking and operational risk,It provides a strong guarantee for the long-term operation of the device.
