表面控制助剂在水性聚氨酯涂料中的应用

摘    要:客户在现场喷涂水性涂料时经常会遇到一些涂膜外观不良的问题,其中很多问题是由于底材润湿不佳造成的流平不良所致。为了减少乃至消除这些问题,需要在配方设计时选择适合该体系的水性表面控制助剂。从表面控制助剂的消泡和抑泡性、扩散性,以及流平润湿性方面入手,筛选适合水性配方的最优助剂组合。

Abstract:Customers often encounter some problems with poor appearance of the coating film when spraying waterborne coatings on site.Many of these problems are caused by poor leveling caused by substrate wetting.In order to reduce or even eliminate these problems,it is necessary to select an aqueous surface control additive suitable for the system during formulation design.In this experiment,starting from the defoaming and antifoaming properties,diffusivity and leveling wettability of surface control additives,the optimal additive combination suitable for water-based formulations is screened.
