氦氮检漏技术在海上油气田开发中的应用

摘    要:海上油气田开发及输送过程中,尤其是高含硫化氢等有害气体油气输送过程中管道密封效果是决定平台能否安全生产的关键因素。管道连接完成后除进行压力试验外,还需进行密闭性试验。采用氦氮混合惰性气体进行检漏不但可以进行泄漏性检测还可以对泄漏量进。

Abstract:In the development and transportation of offshore oil and gas fields,especially in the transportation of high hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases,the sealing effect of pipelines is the key factor to determine whether the platform can work safely.After the completion of pipeline connection,in addition to the pressure test,the tightness test is also required.Using helium nitrogen mixed inert gas for leak detection can not only detect the leakage,but also improve the leakage rate.
