摘    要:近年来慢性病患者数量增多,人们对健康的关注度越来越高,可穿戴设备的高速发展使移动医疗成为发展趋势。针对久坐导致的颈椎问题,以服装为载体,结合坐姿监测传感器、控制器、;PI发热膜设计了一款智能服装。阐述了移动医疗下智能服装的发展,介绍了理疗内衣的设计原理、硬件选择、材料特性以及款式设计和触发机制设计,并对其功能性和安全性进行评估。该服装在用户颈椎倾斜时可自动发热提示,并通过手动开关进行加热理疗。其能够有效监测人体颈椎姿态,防止久坐导致的颈椎变形问题,并具有保健理疗的效果。

Abstract:In recent years,the number of patients with chronic diseases has increased,people*s attention to health has become higher and higher,and the rapid development of wearable devices has made mobile medical care a trend in the medical industry.In view of the cervical spine problems,a kind of smart garment is designed with clothing as the carrier,combined with sitting posture monitoring sensor,controller and PI heating film.The development of smart clothing under mobile medical care and the design principle,hardware selection,material characteristics,style design and trigger mechanism design are expounded,and its functionality and safety are evaluated.The garment has a function of automatically generating a fever when the user*s cervical vertebrae is tilted,and performing a heating treatment by a manual switch.It can effectively monitor the posture of the human cervical vertebrae,prevent the cervical spine deformation caused by sedentary,and have the effect of health care.
