摘    要:18403工作面过平行全长大断面空巷的研究实践是屯兰矿首例,在西山乃至全国范围内寥寥无几。过空巷时采用加强支护、切顶卸压、调斜工作面的方法,突破了原有技术理念,提高了屯兰矿对切顶卸压先进技术的理解与运用,为以后相似条件下的安全生产提供技术支撑及指导。综采工作面经过空巷时容易造成大面积冒顶,影响安全生产;若不开采空巷区域的煤层又会造成资源浪费和频繁搬家倒面的情况,因此掌握综采工作面过空巷的技术,对于安全生产、缓解接替紧张有极其重大的现实意义,其研究成果能够迅速在相同煤层、类似巷道推广应用,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The research and practice of 18403 working face passing through parallel and full-length cross-section empty lane is the first case in Tunlan Mine,which is rare in Xishan and even in the whole country.When passing through the goaf,the methods of strengthening the support,cutting the roof and releasing the pressure,and adjusting the working face angle are adopted,It breaks through the original technical concept,improves the understanding and application of the advanced technology of roof cutting and pressure relief in Tunlan Mine,Provide technical support and guidance for safety production under similar conditions in the future.When the fully mechanized working face passes through the empty roadway,it is easy to cause a large area of roof fall,which affects the safety production;If the coal seam in the goaf area is not mined,it will cause waste of resources and frequent moving of the face,Therefore,it is of great practical significance to master the technology of passing through the empty Lane in the fully mechanized working face for safe production and relieving the tension of replacement,The research results can be rapidly applied in the same coal seam and similar roadway,and have broad application prospects.
