摘    要:以活性粉末和棉纤维为变量配置新型高强混凝土材料,研究该材料抗弯和抗压强度的变化规律。通过试验得出,活性粉末使混凝土的抗弯和抗压强度得到明显改善。当不掺入活性粉末和棉纤维时,混凝土最终的抗弯强度为17.1 MPa,抗压强度为90.1 MPa。当掺入10%活性粉末时,其抗弯强度为23.4 MPa,抗压强度为97.9 MPa。棉纤维的掺入也能够大幅提高混凝土的抗弯和抗压强度,当掺入10%的棉纤维时,混凝土的抗弯强度为24.9 MPa,抗压强度为103.1 MPa。当同时掺入5%活性粉末和5%棉纤维时,混凝土的抗弯强度为24.1 MPa,抗压强度为103.9 MPa。因此,建议在该配合比下,选择5%活性粉末和5%棉纤维进行混合,以配制高强混凝土。

Abstract:A new type of high strength concrete material is prepared with reactive powder and cotton fiber as variables to study the change of bending and compressive strength of the material.The experimental results show that the flexural and compressive strength of the material improve obviously.When no reactive powder and cotton fiber are added,the ultimate flexural strength is 17.1 MPa,and the compressive strength is 90.1 Mpa.When 10%reactive powder is added,the flexural strength is 23.4 MPa,and the compressive strength is 97.9 MPa.The addition of cotton fiber could also greatly improve the flexural and compressive strength of concrete.When 10%cotton fiber is added,the flexural strength of concrete is 29.4 MPa and the compressive strength is 103.1 MPa;when 5%reactive powder and 5%cotton fiber are added,the flexural strength of concrete is 24.1 MPa and the compressive strength is 103.9 MPa.Therefore,it is suggested that 5%reactive powder and 5%cotton fiber should be mixed to prepare high strength concrete.
