| 摘 要： | 美国LEED标准是目前被世界多数国家参考并接受的绿色建筑评价标准。浦东科技创新园区南地块为科技研发中心,建筑功能以科研试验为主,辅以相应配套办公及后勤措施。南地块共拟建19个子项单体,其中501#单体为创新楼,主办公功能,建设单位要求该单体获得LEED绿色建筑评价标准金级认证的要求。文章主要分析了LEED标准在501#单体设计和施工中的应用亮点,以及投入使用后所带来的环保节能效果和收益。

| Abstract: | LEED green building rating standards is now referenced and accepted by most countries in the world.Shanghai Tobacco Group Co.,Ltd proposes requirements for LEED gold certification to the 501#building in its new construction project of Science and Technology Innovation Park.This paper mainly analyzes some application highlights with LEED standards during the design and construction process of501#building.Besides,it lists a number of energy efficiency and benefits after this Innovation Park being put into use. |
