摘    要:传统地毯织机无法生产多花色、样式复杂的地毯,这类地毯只能通过手工生产,效率低下,价格昂贵。设计了一种基于倍服PLC控制器的工艺地毯织机控制系统。使用C#语言编写上位机软件,软件采用改进八叉树色彩量化法实现对图片的色彩量化处理,通过ADS通信实现与下位机的通信。基于倍服CX8090型PLC控制器根据上位机发来的数据和编写好的逻辑,通过485通信控制变频器、伺服驱动器和纠偏步进电动机驱动器通过脉冲控制位移电动机驱动器,通过电动机模块控制换色电动机和钩纱电动机。生产实践表明,该系统能实现工艺地毯的自动化生产,工作性能稳定操作简单,生产效率较高,可满足生产要求。

Abstract:Traditional carpet loom cannot produce multi-colored and complex carpets,and such carpets can only be manufactured by hand,which is inefficient and expensive.A control system of carpet loom based on double-service PLC controller is designed.The upper computer software is written in C#language.The software uses the improved octree color quantization method to realize the image color quantization processing,and communicates with the lower computer through ADS communication.Based on CX8090 PLC controller,the frequency converter,servo driver and stepper motor driver are controlled by 485 communication,the displacement motor driver is controlled by pulse,and the color change motor and hook yarn motor are controlled by motor module.Testing and production validation show that the system could realize the automatic production of process carpet with stable performance,simple operation,higher production efficiency,and could meet the production requirements.
