通风条件下隧道内焊接产生的污染源分析和研究

摘    要:在一个封闭的小室中,利用便携式粉尘仪和气体浓度仪测量采用手工电弧焊焊接J507焊条产生的污染物浓度随时间的变化值,得出小室内污染物的产生量和烟尘的粒径分布及沉降率。通过质量守恒方程理论计算,用不确定度分析校正由实验仪器带来的测量误差,得出每根焊条散发的烟尘粒径在10μm以下的发尘量、每秒的发尘量、CO散发量、不同粒径的沉降率范围。研究结果可以用于指导隧道内通风系统的优化设计。

Abstract:In a closed chamber,using portable dust meter and gas concentration meter to measure the change value of pollutant concentration with time generated by J507 electrode of manual arc welding,the amount of pollutant generated and the particle size distribution and settlement rate of smoke and dust in the chamber are obtained.Through the theoretical calculation of mass conservation equation and the uncertainty analysis on the measurement error brought by the experimental instrument,the dust emission amount,the dust emission amount per second,the CO emission amount and the range of sedimentation rate with different particle size are obtained for each electrode.The research results can be used to guide the optimal design of the ventilation system in the tunnel.
