电潜泵复合解堵技术在渤海油田的应用

摘    要:目前渤海油田许多稠油井电潜泵在运转一段时间后发生堵塞。研究发现,电潜泵堵塞主要是吸入口堵塞,其堵塞物主要为聚合物胶团、重烃垢、其它无机垢等组成的混合垢。由于常规酸化对电潜泵和电缆损害较大,不适用于电潜泵解堵,因此针对电潜泵堵塞物特征,优选出一种低伤害高效电潜泵复合解堵技术,并成功应用于渤海油田,取得良好的解堵效果。

Abstract:Many submersible pumps in Bohai oilfield are blocked after a period of operation.The blockage is mainly composed of polymer micelle,heavy hydrocarbon scale and other inorganic scale.Conventional acidizing is not suitable for submersible pump because of its great damage.Therefore,a low damage plug removal technology is selected and successfully applied in Bohai oilfield.
