回收废旧锂离子电池制备Co1+xAlxZrxFe2-3xO4磁致伸缩纳米材料

摘    要:以废旧锂离子电池为原料,用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法合成三种金属离子(Co2+、Al3+、Zr4+)掺杂的Co1+xAlxZrxFe2-3xO4(x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)磁致伸缩纳米材料,并对所制备样品的形貌、结构、磁性和磁致伸缩性能进行研究。结果表明:掺杂金属离子的钴铁氧体是尖晶石结构的晶体。随着金属离子含量的增加,掺杂样品的饱和磁化强度逐渐下降,磁致伸缩系数递减,磁致伸缩应变导数先减小后增加。在掺杂量x=0.02时,样品的最大饱和磁化强度、最大磁致伸缩应变系数和应变导数值分别为82.01 A·m·kg-1,132.6×10-6,-2.15×10-9 A-1·m,且应变导数在非常低的磁场强度下取得最大值,这有利于磁致伸缩材料在非接触传感器方面的应用。

Abstract:Co1+xAlxZrxFe2-3xO4(x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)magnetostrictive nanomaterials,co-doped by Co2+,Al3+,Zr4+ions,were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion method using recycled Li-ion batteries as raw materials,followed by the characterization of their morphology,structure,magnetic and magnetostrictive properties.The results show that the co-doped cobalt ferrite is crystalline with spinel structure.As the dopant concentration increases,the saturation magnetization and the magnetostriction coefficient gradually decrease,and the magnetostrictive strain derivative firstly decreases and then increases.At x=0.02,maximum saturation magnetization,maximum magnetostrictive strain coefficient and strain derivative was obtained with value of 82.01 A·m·kg-1,132.6×10-6,and-2.15×10-9 A-1·m respectively.The strain derivative reaches saturation value at small external magnetic field,which is beneficial for their application on non-contact sensors.
