摘    要:针对目前生丝抱合检验存在自动化程度低,检验过程不可追溯等问题,设计了一种可追溯的多丝锭生丝抱合性能自动检验系统。该系统主要由检验装置、生丝开裂图像标记模块、刀架摩擦控制模块及可追溯信息管理模块组成。丝条依次穿过定丝机构上夹丝板的过丝孔并固定在生丝张紧机构的摩擦块上,通过舵机下压上夹丝板固定丝条;生丝张紧机构的滚筒带动摩擦块旋转使每根丝条所受张紧力一致,此时摩擦机构对丝条进行往复摩擦。利用相机采集磨损生丝的图像,通过图像处理系统计算丝条的直径变化并标记出生丝开裂区域,辅助人工判断生丝开裂情况;最后将图像、检验员、检测结果等信息存储进信息管理系统中,自动生成检验报表,可实时查询生丝磨损照片及检测结果。试验结果表明,该系统提高了生丝检测效率,并能实现检测过程的可追溯性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation and non-retroactivity in the inspection process,an automatic inspection system for multi-wire ingots is designed.The system is mainly composed of an inspection device,a raw silk cracking image marking module,a tool holder friction control module and a traceability information management module.The threaded rod passes through the wire hole of the wire sandwiching plate of the wire fixing mechanism in turn and then fixed on the friction block of the raw silk tensioning mechanism,and the wire is fixed by pressing the wire plate through the steering gear;the roller of the raw silk tensioning mechanism drives the friction block and the rotation causes the tension of each yam to be uniform,and the friction mechanism reciprocates the yam.The image of the worn raw silk is collected by the camera,the changes of the thread diameter are calculated by the image processing system,and the cracked area of the raw silk is marked,to assist artificial ground cracking.Finally,the image,inspector and test results are stored in the information management system,inspection reports are generated automatically to query raw silk wear photos and test results in real time.The experimental results show that the system can improve the efficiency of raw silk detection and can realize the traceability of the detection process.
