烧结烟气净化系统工艺风机存在的问题分析及优化

摘    要:工艺风机应用在特定的工艺系统中,由于工艺运行条件的特殊性,工艺风机必须进行专门设计和开发。论述应用在钢铁烧结烟气净化工艺流程中几种工艺风机的流程布置、烟气特性和设计要求,指出了原设计存在的问题。结合实例,从结构设计、材料选择、表面处理等方面给出了解决问题的方法,指出了工艺风机在工作管网中气动性能与设计性能产生偏差的原因,提出了科学、实用的工程解决方法。

Abstract:Industrial fans are applied in special process system which needs special design and development due to speciality of process operation conditions.The author introduces process layout,flue gas features and design requirements of several industrial fans for iron steel sintering fuel gas purification process and points out existing problems from original design.Combined with practical cases,the author suggests reasons of industrial fans deviation between aerodynamic performance and design performance at working pipe and puts forward scientific and pragmatic engineering solutions from structural design,material selection and surface treatment as method.
