摘    要:TiN-Al2O3是一种性能优良的复合材料,采用自蔓延的方法来合成TiN-Al2O3复合粉体,主要分析了Al2O3的不同加入量时该复合粉末合成的影响.随着Al2O3含量增加,燃烧合成温度降低,燃烧产物转化率提高,生成的TiN颗粒变粗,并且在材料中的分布不均匀.燃烧波以振荡与螺旋相结合的方式存在.

Abstract:TiN - Al2O3 is a composite material with excellent properties. In this paper, TiN - Al2O3 powder was prepared by SHS. The influnces of the quantities of Al2O3 on the form of TiN - Al2O3 powder were studied. With increasing the quantities of Al2O3, the combustion temperature decreased, the form rate of products increased, the sizes of TiN bacame bigger and it distributed inhomogeneous in the material. And the wave of combustion propagated with the means of oscillation and spin.
