新疆生产建设兵团地下水数据汇聚共享及管理系统研究

摘    要:为加强新疆生产建设兵团地下水资源的保护,促进地下水资源的合理开发利用,建立兵团与各师之间的数据汇聚链路,通过信息化的手段和软件工程的技术方法,设计三级数据汇聚共享模式,进行数据汇聚与共享的算法实现和兵团地下水管理系统的研究。剥离各师已有系统业务,抽取用水数据,汇聚形成兵团中心库,提供数据共享接口的算法模式;根据兵团地下水管理需要,调用中心库的数据共享接口构建兵团业务数据库。系统上线运行 1 年多结果表明:单日数据汇聚最大耗时为 18 min,单日机井取水数据共享最大耗时为 3 min,可提升地下水资源管控的效率,对兵团地下水资源管理具有使用价值,同时对地表水资源及其他省级单位水资源数据汇聚共享建设具有一定参考价值。

Research on groundwater data aggregation,sharing and management system of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

Abstract:In order to enhance the conservation of groundwater resources by the XPCC, promote the rational development and use of groundwater resources, establish a data link between the regiment and divisions, the three-level data convergence and sharing model was designed by means of informatics and software engineering. The algorithmic patterns based on the already existing system of divisions, peeling operations, drawing well and water used data, converging to a corps center library, and providing an interface for data sharing. A data sharing interface from the call center''s library was used to construct a data base for the corps based on groundwater management. The achievement of algorithms for data integration and sharing and the development of the groundwater management system were finally accomplished. Last year, the single day data pooling takes a maximum of 18min, and the single day data sharing time takes 3min. The construction of this system will be of use in the management of groundwater resources in the corps, while it will be of some reference value in the construction of integration data on water resources from surface waters and other provincial units.
