天津中富厂房特大火灾后主体结构鉴定

对一起特大火灾现场主体结构进行了调查。调查表明:在火灾燃烧区,内框架柱构件表层混凝土大面积剥落、爆裂,钢筋外露,残留混凝土疏松,裂缝多而宽;框架梁构件底部及侧面混凝土成片脱落或发生网状裂纹,梁支座附近剪切斜裂缝尤为严重,钢筋外露,残留混凝土疏松,框架主梁、肋梁构件已经严重扭曲、下挠变形;楼板底混凝土保护层大面积剥落、露筋,部分楼板跨中部位下挠严重,且与框架主梁支座连接部位板面发生断裂,裂缝满布。经推测,火灾燃烧区结构构件属危险构件,已不能继续安全使用,可修性极差,必须拆除。总结出火灾后厂房主体结构鉴定方法,为同类火灾鉴定提供参考意见。
