海因类化合物的研究(Ⅰ)

摘    要:本文合成了1,3-双(β-环氧丙基)-5,5-二甲基海因化合物。讨论了原料的配比、反应温度、溶剂等因素对海因化合物的影响,并用红外、核磁和端基分析、元素分析等手段对产物进行了分析。当环氧氯丙烷/海因摩尔比为2:1异丙醇作溶剂,反应温度低于100℃并在氮气保护下,可以获得目标产物。

Abstract:1, 3-Di (β-epoxypropyl 1-5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin was formed of 5, 5-dimethyl hydantoin and epichlorohydrin. The effect of hydantoin/epichlorohydrin mol/ratio, solveut and reaction temperature on properties of product was studied in this paper. Its structure was studied by IR, NMR and ele-mentary analysis etc. The preferred reaction conditions were as follows hy-dantoin/epichlorohydrin mol ratio was 2: 1, isopropanol was used as solvent, the reaction temperature was below 100℃ under the protaction of nitrogen gas.
