The analysis of market investigation on financial management talents in the construction industry for the 21st century

Facing the internationalization of the capital market,the ability of capital performance has become the central competitive power of the enterprises in the competition.And the key factor in the competition is the competition for talents .Training financial management talents of high quality has become the main task of our higher education .This paper analyzes the characteristics of the enterprises' demand for financial management talents through the investigation by questionnaire and the countermeasures of the development of the major of financial management in universities and colleges has been proposed.
