橡塑型洗衣机脚垫胶料的配方设计

摘    要:以高性能的西门子洗衣机脚垫胶料为研究方向,采用橡塑并用改性法,在丁腈橡胶(NBR)中加入一定比例的高苯乙烯树脂(HSR),以改善胶料的工艺性能,提高胶料的强度、硬度及耐磨性;通过对NBR/HSR橡塑并用胶力学、耐介质、耐老化及压缩等性能的分析测试,结果表明,当NBR/HSR橡塑并用比为80/20时,其并用胶的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、磨耗体积、压缩永久变形分别为21.31 MPa、0.18 cm3和25%,并用胶的各项性能均符合西门子洗衣机脚垫胶料的性能指标要求.

Abstract:Taking the high performance rubber compounds of Siemens washing machine foot-mat as the research direction, a certain proportion of high styrene resin (HSR) was added into nitrile rubber (NBR) to improve the processing performance, tensile strength, hardness and abrasive wear resistance of the rubber compounds using the rubber-plastic blending modification method. By testing and analyzing the mechanical properties, fluid resistance, aging resistance and compressing properties of the NBR/HSR blending composites, it demonstrated that the balance properties of the NBR/HSR composites were the best when the blending ratio of NBR and HSR was 80 to 20. At this blending ratio, the tensile strength, abrasive wear volume and compression set of the NBR/HSR composites were 21.31 MPa,0.18 cm3 and 25 % , respectively, which all met the performance level requirements of the siemens washing machine foot-mat rubber compounds.
