摘    要:采用红外测温仪为主控温度传感器,以MCS-51单片机与相应接口构成控制单元,用汇编语言编制软件,开发出用于监测复合轧辊在离心铸造过程中金属层温度的红外线测温微机监控系统。实验应用表明,该系统可较准确地监测金属层内表面温度及其变化,为准确掌握复合轧辊的离心铸造工艺提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:A temperature measurement system was developed by using a infrared thermometerand a MCS- 51 microcomputer. The result of the practical application showed that the system wasable to measure the temperature of the internal surface of centrifugal cast metal accurately. Thus,it provided reliable basis for improving the bimetal cetrifugal cast technology.
