生物神经信号采集与模式识别

摘    要:研究并实现了生物神经信号实时采集和分析系统,其集生物信号采集、模式识别、反馈控制于一体;设计了交替缓冲方法实现采集和存储的数据共享;提出了多速率压缩算法以实时分析采集信号的特征;给出了生物神经信号的模式识别的准则。该系统已在生物神经信号采集中得到实际应用。

Abstract:A system for biological neural signal collecting and analyzing is studied and implemented,and the biological signal collection,pattern recognition and feedback control are combined.A alternative buffering method(ABM) is designed to realize the data share between signal collecting and storing.Multi-rate compression algorithm(MRCA) is used to analyze signal characteristics in real time.Pattern recognition criteria for biological neural signals are given and the system is applied in practical applications.
