摘    要:提出一种适用于逆变桥臂模块的吸收电路。在吸收回路采用了附加元件数最小的优化结构,把吸收能量集中传输至一中间电容,再用以正激谐振变换器为基本原理的互感器将其回馈到直流母线。整个方案为无源、无电阻相关损耗,主开关附加稳态应力可控,并解决了变压器磁通复位所致二极管高电压问题。电路解析分析、仿真波形及实验结果也同文给出。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel passive snubber circuit suitable for inverter bridge leg modules. The optimized configuration is adopted in the main snubber circuit with the minimum number of additional components. Being firstly transferred into a buffer capacitor, the snubber energy is recovered into the DC rail via a simple transformer based on the principle of resonant forward conversion. Extra electrical stress on the main power switches is controllable and simple way's found as well solution for transformer-magnetic-reset-related high voltage problem across the clamping diodes. Mathematical analysis, Pspice simulation and experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed snubber scheme.
