摘    要:提出一种适用于逆变桥臂模块的吸收电路。在吸收回路采用了附加元件数最小的优化结构,把吸收能量集中传输至一中间电容,再用以正激谐振变换器为基本原理的互感器将其回馈到直流母线。整个方案为无源、无电阻相关损耗,主开关附加稳态应力可控,并解决了变压器磁通复位所致二极管高电压问题。电路解析分析、仿真波形及实验结果也同文给出。

Abstract:This paper presents a novelpassive snubber circuit suitable for inverter bridge leg modules. The optimizedconfiguration is adopted in the main snubber circuit with the minimum number of additionalcomponents. Being firstly transferred into a buffer capacitor, the snubber energy isrecovered into the DC rail via a simple transformer based on the principle of resonantforward conversion. Extra electrical stress on the main power switches is controllable andsimple way's found as well solution for transformer-magnetic-reset-related high voltageproblem across the clamping diodes. Mathematical analysis, Pspice simulation andexperimental results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed snubber scheme.
