永磁直线同步电动机直接推力控制系统研究

摘    要:分析了永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制原理,在此基础上建立永磁直线同步电动机的直接推力控制系统的数学模型,对系统的推力控制和磁链控制进行了理论研究.根据电磁推力及初级绕组磁链的实际值与各自参考值之差,选择合适的电压矢量,实现直线电机直接推力控制.针对整个控制系统中的一些关键环节的实现方法进行了详细介绍,从理论上对直线电机直接推力控制系统的可行性进行了研究.用MATLAB/SIMULINK对整个直接推力控制系统进行仿真,验证所设计的控制系统的正确可行.

Abstract:This paper presented a direct torque control principle for the permanent magnetic synchronous motor. Mathematical model of the permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor was further described on the basis of the principle proposed here. The thrust control and flux linkage control were studied. In order to implement direct trust control, voltage vectors were selected in the system according to the error between the true values and their reference of the trust and primary flux linkage. Moreover this (paper) introduced the realization of some key parts for the control system and analyses the feasibility of (direct) thrust control of the linear motor. Simulations with SIMULINK of MATLAB have been given to (demonstrate) validity of the control system.
