| Abstract: | In this paper,the important effect of the metalworking practice on the personnel training in colleges and universities are demonstrated,and some existing problems in the metalworking practice are pointed out.To solve these existing problems,the author advances some reasonable proposals to promote the development of metalworking practice. |
