摘    要:为解决现有的甲醛测量方法和测量仪器实时性差、测量步骤繁琐以及互联性弱的缺陷,以电化学传感器原理等理论为基础,基于电化学气体传感器,无线局域网(WiFi)模块和MSP430F149单片机提出了一种甲醛浓度实时监测系统设计方法.该系统能精确测量环境甲醛浓度并进行实时提醒,对传感器响应电流分辨率可达0.6nA.并且系统具有远程数据传输的能力,实用性强.测试结果表明:系统实现了预期功能,稍加拓展还可以应用于其他相关场合.

Abstract:The existing methods and instruments for formaldehyde measurement always have disadvantages such as bad real time capability,tedious steps and weak interconnection.In order to solve these problems,a design procedure for monitoring formaldehyde concentration is mentioned based on the principle of electrochemical reaction.And a corresponding real-time intelligent monitoring system is built based on WiFi module and MSP430F149 MCU,the concentration of formaldehyde of the environment can be accurately measured by this system with a real-time warning,and the current resolution of the response of the sensor has reached to 0.6nA.And remote data transmission can be achieved with excellent practicability.The expected target is realized through experimental results for the system.In further, and the system can be applied in other fields with extended functions.
