摘    要:设计了一种基于光纤光谱仪六价Cr水质在线监测仪,详细阐述了监测仪光学检测模块、顺序注射模块与电气控制模块的硬件构成.实现了测量范围0~1 mg/L的在线监测仪,并根据环境行业标准对监测仪进行了性能实验.结果表明:在线监测仪线性度可达0.3%,重复性可达1%,示值误差小于3%,具有测量精度高、稳定性好的显著优点,完全满足六价Cr在线监测仪的相关要求.

Abstract:An online water quality monitoring instrument based on optical fiber spectrometer is designed. The hardware configuration of optical measurement module,sequential injection module and electrical control module is introduced in detail. The instrument with measurement range of 0~1 mg/L is built up and test is carried out according to standards in environmental protection industry. Experimental results show that the online water quality monitoring instrument can achieve linearity of 0. 3%,repeatability of 1%,and indication error is less than 3%, it has advantages of high precision and good stabitlity. Instrument completely meets the requirement of online water quality monitoring instrument of hexavalent chromium.
