| 摘 要： | 作为中国近代民族工商业发祥地的无锡遗留着不少优秀的近代工业企业和建筑.由于城市发展需要.现面临着关闭、搬迁、拆除,但也有作为保护与更新的实例。本文通过界定工业遗产内涵,揭示保护工作的紧迫性,从对无锡近、现代工业发展历程进行恢复.总结工业遗存的特征.从实践出发,分析工业遗产建筑保护与更新的动因,探讨符合无锡实际情况的认定方法和分级保护体系.并对一些保护与更新的作品进行举例。
