液压步进式升降脚手架稳定性的有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件(ANYSY)建立了液压步进式升降脚手架(YS371型)架体结构系统的有限元模型,并对其在使用工况下的架体稳定性进行了研究。通过考虑材料和几何非线性,对结构施加初始竖向几何位移缺陷,采用逐步加载的弹塑性分析方法得到了架体的极限承载力,为脚手架的安全施工提供了有效的依据。

Abstract:The finite element model of hydraulic step-by-step climbing scaffold's frame was established with the finite element software ANSYS,and the stability of this scaffold on the working condition was studied.Based on allowing for geometric nonlinear and material nonlinear and initial geometric imperfection,the ultimate strength capacity was obtained by the method of loading step-by-step elastic-plastic analysis,the result supplied valid basis for safety of the scaffold.
