新型塔身结构设计

摘    要:根据塔式起重机安全技术规范、钢结构设计规范等对塔身进行了设计、计算及校核,考虑在工作工况下塔身主肢、斜腹杆、水平腹杆的内力、稳定性、强度等是否满足要求.对新型塔身标准节连接方式--插板销轴联接方式作了详细的分析,并比较其与传统的高强度螺栓连接的不同.

Abstract:According to the tower crane safety technical specification,steel structure design codes on minus the design and calculation and check on work conditions,considering the limb,oblique concrete-encased flank rod,the level of internal strength,stability,whether meet the requirements.It makes a detailed analysis of a new type connecting method for tower body——board pin shaft coupling and a comparison with traditional high strength bolt connecting.
