摘    要:为实时记录飞行器飞控试验中飞控计算机输出的试验参数.设计了一种以Atmega128单片机为核心,可擦除的非易失性的FLASH芯片作为数据存储介质的大容理数据记录器;采用RS-422接口与外部设备进行实时通讯,并在每架次飞行实验完成后,可通过USB2.0实现数据高速读取;文中介绍了系统设计的硬件组成,各部分功能实现以及相关软件设计流程,本设计已在某飞行器飞控实验成功应用,完整记录了飞行过程中相关的实验数据.

Abstract:A Large-capacity solid-state flight data recorder is designed with ATmega 128 as mierocontroller core and Erasable,non-volatile Flash Chip as storage medium.This paper introduces the hardware system design,the realization of some functions and related software design process.This design has been a successful application of aircraft flight control experiment,a complete record of the flight related to the experimental data.
